CHINESE PROTEST RECIPES
This is an interview with Clarence Kwan who is a Chinese-Canadian who works at a New-York based Black-led social impact agency and also works as a part-time cook in a Chinese BBQ restaurant. He has gained a lot of popularity through instagram (@godofcookery) during the pandemic through his discourse and dissection of White Supremacy in the food industry. His approach is bold, unapologetic and has created change through calling out racist behaviours in the industry.
